Tokyo – October 10, 2018 – Cygames has announced that it will sponsor Canada Cup 2018, Canada’s premiere fighting game tournament event.
Canada Cup 2018 will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Canada, on October 26-28, 2018. It will feature over 20 different tournament events, across a 100,000 square feet venue, with $50,000 CAD in prize pots.
Interest in this year’s event is at an all-time high, with a record number of registrants signing up to be part of the event, which is the last major tournament for pro players to pick up ranking points for some of the fighting games at the show.
